Q: How long does it take to receive a custom Chimney Balloon?
A: Normally it takes 14 days for the US facility to received the Chimney Balloon from the custom manufacturing facility in England. This time may be longer during peak seasonal demand. There is an additional 2-5 days after that for the Custom Chimney Balloon to get to your door.
