SUGGESTION 1: Some web browsers (IE7 in particular) have a hard time with website cookies used to add items to the shopping cart. Here is how you can set your browser to "accept cookies" or "turn cookies on".

Apple Safari 3

  1. Select 'Preferences...' from the 'Edit' menu.

  2. Click on the 'Security' icon.

  3. Check the box marked 'Only from sites you navigate to'.

Mozilla Firefox 2.0 & 3.0

  1. Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu.

  2. Click on the 'Privacy' icon.

  3. Check the box marked 'Accept cookies from sites'.

  4. Click 'OK'.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 & 7.0

  1. Select 'Internet Options...' from the 'Tools' menu.

  2. Click on the 'Privacy' tab.

  3. Slide the bar down to 'Medium' under 'Settings'.

  4. Click 'OK'.

 

SUGGESTION 2:  If cookies are already enabled on your browser, it often helps to clear your existing cookies. Here is how you can do that.

Internet Explorer 7.0

  1. Click 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options'.

  2. On the 'General' tab, click the 'Delete...' button.

  3. Click the 'Delete cookies...' button.

  4. Close all of your Internet Explorer windows.


FireFox 3.5

  1. Click 'Tools' and then 'Clear Recent History...'.

  2. Make sure 'Cookies' is checked and click 'Clear Now'.

  3. Close all of your Firefox windows.

The Amazon checkout system carries all of our products, but works completely differently than our websites shopping cart. So, you may have better luck with the Amazon shopping cart.
